Terms of Service
These terms cover the PayDay launch game and waitlist on https://thepaydayapp.com. We may update them before general product launch; the version shown here applies when you register or play.
1. Launch game & prize
By registering and playing, you join the PayDay waitlist and the launch score competition. Your best recorded score (highest valid play session we save for your account) may appear on the public leaderboard. The player with the highest valid best score when we close the competition wins lifetime PayDay membership, provided they remain eligible under these terms (including email subscription). One entry per person / email. We may change, pause, or end the competition, and we may disqualify bots, multiple accounts, self-referrals, cheating, or other unfair play. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to these terms and any winner verification we reasonably require.
2. How play works
You hit coins and gems for points. Combos and multipliers may apply. We may also record best combo, time played, and share/invite activity for the leaderboard and anti-abuse. Returning players may resume via a session cookie on this device. Game mechanics, scoring, and bonus rules may be adjusted to keep play fair.
3. Leaderboard
By playing, you agree we may show your display name, country, best score, best combo, share/invite stats, and play time on the public launch leaderboard. Your email address is not shown on the leaderboard.
4. Referrals & bonus points
After you register you receive a personal invite code and share link (also in your welcome email when email delivery is configured). When a new player signs up with your code or link, both of you may receive bonus points toward the launch competition (currently +75 each, which we may change). Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and abuse may be disqualified. Bonus points are not cash.
5. Eligibility
You must provide a real name, a country, and an email address you control. You confirm you are old enough to enter under the laws of your country (and at least 16 where applicable). Employees and contractors of PayDay may be excluded from the prize at our discretion. We may use automated checks to reduce bots and abuse. You must remain subscribed to PayDay launch / waitlist emails to stay eligible for the lifetime membership prize. If you unsubscribe (including via an unsubscribe link or one-click unsubscribe in your email client), you are no longer eligible to win, even if your score remains on the leaderboard.
6. Waitlist vs the PayDay product
Joining the waitlist or playing the launch game is not the same as creating a PayDay product account, and does not start a trial or billing. Waitlist registration does not guarantee a launch date, feature set, or pricing. When the product launches, separate product terms and privacy details will apply to product accounts. Lifetime membership (if awarded) means ongoing access to the PayDay plan we designate for winners, not cash or transferable credit.
